Finally I signed up with the lady herself. I tried the diet guidelines for 10 days and realized that I was feeling more energized. ![]() Not just salads and soups but yummy stuff like peanuts and cheese and paneer. Go ahead and buy the book… it is a good and light read. ![]() If you are overweight, have tried various diets (General Diet/Atkins diet/De-toxic diet and other various forms of starvation diet) and are fed up of eating soups and salads, this book can be your salvation. ![]()
